SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE US$ PREPAID VOICE VOUCHERS (where inconsistent – General TelOne Terms and Conditions apply)

1. Voice Bundles will be available in US$ only.
2. Voice Bundles have charge priority over General Account Balance.
3. Off-net refers to all Local Destinations Mobile and ISP.
4. Subscribers will buy a bundle of their choice at any TelOne Client Service Centre. The Selfservice, Chommie and *216# USSD online platforms will have an option to view the remaining bundle balances.
5. Subscribers will be able to purchase as many bundles as they want in a single month, however, window periods will not be cumulative.
6. Bundle purchases will be irreversible. By purchasing the Voice Bundle Vouchers the subscriber will be agreeing to these applicable special terms and conditions which will be found on TelOne’s website.
7. Bundles are valid for 30 days and will expire at midnight on the thirtieth (30th) day of the purchased plan
8. All unused balances will not be available to the subscriber once they expire.
